' License No. NPF-38 Emergency Preparedness Exercise for 1992 Gentlemen:
The proposed Waterford 3 annual exercise date is July 29, 1992. This date has been discussed with representatives of the State of Louisiana, St. Charles Parish, St. John the Baptist Parish and FEMA and is presented here for your information, if there are any conflicts or problems with this date for the Waterford 3 annual exercise, please advise us as soon as possible.
As in the past, an exerciso objectives meeting will be scheduled. We will provide notification as to the date and time for the meeting when this information is confirmed. The meeting will provide discussion on the 1992 exercise objectives prior to submittal to the NRC and FEMA. Representatives of the Staio of Loulslana, St. Charles and St. John the Baptist Parishes, and Entergy Operations, Inc. will be in attendance..It will be desirable to have the appropriate NRC and FEMA representatives also in attendaneo.
