Mr. James P. O'Reilly SPR 84-002 Page Two February 29, 1984 EVENT DESCRIPTION On January 31, 1984, the fire rated wall in Room 63-15, Control Building, 463' Elevation, was degraded. A hole of approximately two (2) inches in diameter occurred when a chair was pushed against the wall. Because of a personnel error, the damaged area was not repaired until February 16, 1984.

The subject room is utilized by shift personnel and also protected by an ionization detector.
