Contrary to the above, as of September 14, 1983, the MCC Power Instrumen-tation Cabinets internal wiring did not have adequate service loops; terminals were not installed back-to-back and terminals exceeded bend limits.
1 Bechtel's General Project Requirements (G-12) for S tandard Instruments, Controls, and Local Control Boards which was part of the FCC Power Contract, did not adequately specify workmanship details.
