part, from documents that were marked as containing proprietary information, there may be proprietary information in the report. The possible proprietary information pertaining to your design was indicated by the contractor with .

Although the staff does not believe the information marked in the report is proprietary, we are providing you the opportunity to review the report before it is published. You are, therefore, requested to review the report and, by August 31, 1995, identify by letter any proprietary information contained in the report. If we do not receive a response by August 31, 1995, the report will be  !

published without the references to proprietary information for SBWR. An  ;

affidavit and justification for withholding proprietary information from public '
