This revision reflects changes made since the last submittal of the USAR and is current for completed work as of January 22,1995.

Revision 11 of the Cooper Nuclear Station's Quality Assurance Program was transmitted to you on April 10, 1995. That program document is referenced in Appendix D to the USAR and was submitted in accordance with 10CFR50.54(a).

Also enclosed is a List of Effective Pages for this revision of the UsAR in accordance with 10CFR50.71(e)(i).
