FREEDON OF INFORNRTION ACT REQUEST
Dear Mr. Grimsley:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Infomation Act, 5 USC Paragraph 552,.
and to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's regulations, please provide copies of any and all documentation relating to the investigation conducted by the Region I Office of Investigation (OI).
Specifically, the investigation involved a concern of employee harassment, intimidation, and discrimination of the Millstone Unit 3 Acting Engineering Manager by the Millstone Unit 3 Director.
The OI investigation results were transmitted in a letter to Mr. John Opeka from Richard W. Cooper, dated November 23, 1994.
I understand that there may be fees associated with this request and agree to pay such fees, however, if they exceed $50,00, please notify me in advance.
