Vennont Yankee 1995 Summary Reports for Inservice Inspection - Repairs and Replacements in accordance with Article IWA-6000 of Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, we hereby submit the Vermont Yankee Inservice Inspection Examination Report (Form NIS-1) and the Repair and Replacement Report (Form NIS-2). These reports describe the inservice examinations performed during the period March 18 - May 2,1995, and the repairs and replacements during the period October 1 - May 5,1995. Vcrmont Yankee third ten-year interval began September 1,1993.
