" Charging and Letdown Containment Isolation Valve Deficiency" Second Interim Report The above referenced letter indicated submittal of an Update or Final Report to the USNRC on February 17, 1984.
At the preso t time, corrective action is complete, however, further testing is required during Post Core Hot Functional Testing (HFT) and after Post Core HFT Cooldown.
An Update / Final Report will be submitted to the USNRC on July 1, 1984.
