By copy.of this letter, we are asking all those on the service List to make the same substitution and return.

In addition, we have learned of an incorrect statement at page seven of die body of the February 6 motion. We had stated that TMIA's counsel had not come to the discovery room to inspect docu-ments that Licensee had produced for TMIA. In fact, she had accompanied the other TMIA representative, Ms. Bradford, when she made the visit discussed in the motion. This does not change any of the circumstances bearing on Licensee's motion, but we wish to point out, and apologize for, the erroneous statement.
