The Nuclear Regulatory Ccamission (the Commission) having found that:
A.
The application for anendment to Construction Permit No. CPPR-87, dated December 6, 1983 by The Detroit Edison Company, on behalf of itself and Wolverine Power Supply Cooperative, Incorporated, complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Commission's rules and regulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; i
B.
The issuance of this cmendment will not be inimical to the common l
defense and security or to the health and safety of the p%11c; C.
There is reasonable assurance (i) that the activities authorized by this amendment can be conducted without endangering the health and safety of the public and (ii) that such ac.tivities will be conducted in accordance with the Commission's regulations; D.
The issuance of this amendment is in accordance with 10 CFR Part 51 of the Commission's regulations and all applicable requirements have been satisfied.

Accordingly, Construction Pennit No. CPPR-87. is hereby amended to eliminate the reference to the respective percentage ownership shares between Wolverine Power Supply Cooperative,'Inc., and The Detroit Edison Company, which was added in Paragraph 2.F by Amendment No. 2, dated December 1,1982.
Paragraph 2.F is hereby deleted.
A new paragraph is added as follows:
2.G Ownership shares for the Enrico Fermi Atomic Power Plant, Unit No. 2, will be determined at a later date as specified in the proposed Participation Agreement amendment between The Detroit Edison Company and Wolverine Power Supply Cooperative, Inc., dated December 16, 1983.
(Amendment No. 5 to the Participation Agreement). The Detroit Edison Company continues to retain the majority ownership and has the sole responsibility for the design, procurement, construction, operation and 611 related functions with respect to the facility.
3.
This amendment is-effective as of the date of issuance.
