Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 License Amendment Request No. 250 - Revision Clarification of Section III - Safety Evaluation In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4 (b)(1), enclosed is one (1) original copy of the Facility Operating License Amendment Request No. 250, Revision.
Also enclosed is one signed copy of the Certificate of Service for this request which confirms service to the senior officials of the township and county in which the facility is located, as well as the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Bureau of Radiation Protection.
The purpose of this revision is to clarify Section III, " Safety Evaluation Justifying Change,"
for the source-range Nuclear Instrumentation surveillance requirements. The new page enclosed replaces the previously submitted Section III in its entirety and does not change nor impact upon Section IV, "No Significant Hazards Considerations" evaluation.
