This 1.; in respnse to your letter dcted December 2,1983 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of documents regarding the Proposed No Significant Hazdrds Consideration Determination (48 Fed. Reg. 45 862 October 7,1983) on proposed amendments to operating licenses for Turkey Point Plant Un'ts 3 and 4 (Dockets 50-250 and 50-251).
The documents listed on Appendix A are responsive to your request and are being placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC.
You may obtain access to these records by presenting a copy of this letter to the PDR or by requesting folder F01A-83-722.
Please note that documents 8, 9,10, and 11 as listed on Appendix A are not within the scope of the request because the documents were created after we received.your request (12/5/83). However, the staff has exercised their discretion to disclose these documents because they relate to the subject matter of this request.
The documents listed on Appendix B are already available in the PDR.
You may request copies of these documents by referring to the accession numbers. There is no charge for inspecting records maintained at the-PDR. The charge for copying records maintained at the PDR is five cents
($0.05) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a).
