Dear Mr. Hill and Mr. Hoyle,
As Mr. Hill agreed in our June 27,1995 telephone conversation, please send me which NRC Public Affairs employee Beth Hayden refused to send following information:
me. Please state on a NRC letterhead, in a letter addressed and salutation to me, many gallons of radioactive liquid waste ( prior to dilution ) was released into the environment by the Peny and Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Plants, stated separatel each plar:t for 1994 and 1993. Please state this in plain numbers, without scie notation or decimals or symbols, and without requiring me to do any mathematical calculations. Please state where was this Radioactive liquid waste discharged to: La Etie, or where? Please clearly state in your reply that this is radioactive liquid waste
( rather then just plain liquid waste ).
Please re. pond by U.S. Mail. A fax may be blurry. If possible fit the entire reply on on page which should be easily possible.
On June 28,1995 at Mr. Hoyles request I telephoned the NRC otlice at the Davis-Be Nuclear Power Plant and asked Mr. Stasek, the senior resident inspector there to this information,in gallons. He refused. So please don't refer me to anybody else to get this information. Please mail as soon as possible. Thank You.
