DPR 42 50-306 DPR-60 License Amendment Request Dated December 13, 1991 Removal of Chlorine detection Reautrements Attached is a request for a change in the Technical Specificatioas, Appendix A of the Operating License for the Prairie Island Nuclear Cencrating Plant.
This request is submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50, Section 50.90.
This amendment changes Cection 3.13, Control Room Air Treatment System, by deleting the requirement for a chlorine detection system.
Exhibit A contains a description of the proposed changes, the reasons for requesting the changes, and a Safety Evaluation / Determination of Significant Hazards Consideration, Exhib!t B contains marked up Prairie Island Technical Specification pages.
Exhibit C contains revised Prairie Island Technical Specification pages.
Exhibit D contains the Control Room Habitability Toxic Chemical Study.
