Dear Sir:
NUREG-0737 Item II.K.3.30 requires that each licensee revise its current emergency core cooling system (ECCS) small break loss of coolant accident (SBLOCA) models.
NUREG-0737 Item II.K.3.31 requires all licensees to submit plant-specific SBLOCA analyses using evaluation models revised per II.K.3.30.
As stated in Reference 1, on December 13, 1983, the NRC accepted the GE SBLOCA model described in Reference 2.

This model is applicable to the Jains A.'FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant and is referenced in Chapter 6 of t'.e updated FSAR.
'It is our understanding that no additional plant-unique small break LOCA evaluations are required.
The Authority-therefore considers these items closed.
