Dear Mr. Williams:
The South Texas Nuclear Plant (s) (STNP) were being built wrong and I went to the NRC, who sont Mr. Donald D. Driskill to investivate my findings, and had two (2) site NRC agents go with me and I found so many things wrong that the NRC did not try to go with me again until less than an hour before I was fired off the jobs 2te by Bechtel.
A year later the Government Accountab211ty Project (GAP) forced Mr. Driskill to meet with me-again, and at that time he had not investigated my termination or findings.
I have not received the last meeting testimony of 19at meeting.
Mr. *Les* Cons. table of the NRC was there, along with Mr. 6, another whistle-blower.
Mr. Tate was the court reporter.
GAP also forced the NRC to let me show them ten (10) errors, but when it came time for me to do so, the NRC ref used to let me identif y the errors but, instead.had me show-them another safety related item that the NRC had no knowledge ~
I identified it.
It was Mr. Jose Calvo of the NRC who refused to let me go into the units and identify the serious errora.
In my U.S.
Department of Labor 210 Case the senate subcommittee f orced the DOL to ask me about the case and I told them that the case was not fair, and I had to make the NRC to subpoena se to testify on more findings I found as an intervenor; I ask the NRC again to tell me what Mr. Driskill's report said.
No answer.
The judge sealed the case and took my rights to speak out away.
.I believe the NRC is trying to cover up my case and the DOL is not reviewing my case because the judge was in error and that is keeping the truth of my cabe sealed.
Even to this day, the NRC uses words to me like ' allege', when I have proven that STNP is built wrong, and when I try to show them other errors I know about, the NRC still covers up by not wanting me to identify errors at the SHUT DOWN plants.
I lost my job / career because I obeyed the law, and the law let me down.
Please investigate Mr. Driskill's actions and let me know.
