JOSEPH M. FARLEY NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 2 NARRATIVE

SUMMARY

OF OPERATIONS i JANUARY, 1984 Recovery from the automatic shutdown on December 31, 1983 continued into the month of January. During the month of January, there were two (2) automatic shutdowns. The first occurred on January 18, 1984 and the second occurred on January 30, 1984.

The following safety-related maintenance was performed in the month of January:

1. Performed miscellaneous maintenance on diesel generators.
2. Replaced B seal injection filter.
3. Inspected reactor trip and bypass breakers.
4. Repaired control circuit on containment isolation valve 8820B.
