Dear Mr. Kammerer:
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"), 5 U.S.C.
S 552, et sea., and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission
("NRC") implementing regulations, I hereby request the following documents:
(a) any documents, correspondence, memoranda, notes or records of communications prepared since May 11, 1903, between Mr. Thomas Saporito and/or his representatives and the NRC regarding matters involving Houston Lighting & Power ("HL&P) or the South Texas Project ("STP"); and (b) any documents or records provided in response to Mr. David Colapinto's FOIA requests, numbers93-241, 93-280 and 93-365, which concern HL&P or the STP.
If review of my request leads you to determine that certain portions of the documents and records provided in response are considered exempt from disclosure under the FOIA, please provide any non-exempt portions.
