Attachmen't to NO 91-0348 SLM'MY The following report hignlights the operating experience of Wolf Cmok Generating Station for the nonth of Ibrsnber,1991. This report is being provided pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.1.8.

I. StWMY OF OPERATIIG EXPERIF2CE The unit renined shutdown the entire nonth of idenber 1991 for mfueling activities, with Ibvater 30 representing day 72 of the continuing refueling outagv. The unit began the month in }bde 6, refueling, as fuel loading cont.inued in preparation for Cycle 6. Fuel loading and stud tensioning w re cmplettd tbvster 14, and the unit entered Mode 5, cold shutdown, with the unit remaining in this node for the runinder of the nonth.

II. MAJOR SAFE 1Y REIATED MAINTENAICE JCTIVITIES

1. Cmpleted naintenance on "B" emergency diesel generator, "B" essential service eter system, and "B" train mergency core ccoling systens.
2. Completed repair of "B" residual heat runaval pump notor, including rotor balancing.
3. Capleted fuel loading and reassanbly of reactor vessel head ard internals.
4. Cmpleted STS FJ-001 A and B, integrated safeguards tests.
5. Cmpleted sludge lancing on all steam genexators.
6. Cmpleted filling and venting of rtector coolant systan.
7. Ongoing, inspection, testing, evaluation, and resolution of notar operated valves.
