GE has submitted References 1 and 2 to the NRC which contained the Thermal-Hydraulic Data Report (Proprietary and Non Proprietary) for the SBWR PANTHERS-PCC Test Program (SIET document 00393RP95). The following errors have been identified in the Subject report.

1.

In Figures 3.6 and 3.7, " Module 1" and " Module 2" are reversed.

2.

In Appendix C page 6 row 6, delete "vs time as shown in Figure C1".
