SUMMARY
OF OPERATIONS November 1991 There were no unit shutdowns or major power reductions during the month of

November.
The following major safety-telated maintenance vas performed during the month:
1.
Miscellaneous-corrective and preventive maintenance was performed on the diesel generators.
2.
"B" charging pump seal replacement.
3.
"C" charging pump quarterly preventive maintenance.
4.
Miscellaneous correctivo and preventive traintenance was performed on the "B" motor driven auxiliary feedvater pump, the turbine driven auxiliary feedvater pump and the "A", "B" and "C" coreponent cooling water pumps.
