These procedures are being submitted within thirty (30) days of their revision in accordance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, and in accordance with 10 CFR 50.4.

The following procedure revisions comprise Revision No. 161.

o Emergency Plan Procedure Index, Rev. 161.

o EP-261, Rev. 8 " Damage Repair Team."

o EP-312, Pev. 11 " Radioactive Liquid Release."

o EP-410, Rev. 12 " Recovery Phase Implementation."
