This letter is to provide you with advance notiTication of shipments of irradiated reactor f uel from Fort St.
Vrain Nuclear Generating Station in Plattuille, Colorado, to the Idaho Chemical Frocessing Plant in Scoville, Idaho. The attachments to this letter contain the informaticn required by 10CFR73.72.
Information supplied in Attachment 4 is required by NRC regulations to be~ protected in accordance with t!'e requirements of 10CFR73.21.
i Please note that this notification is contingent upon successful litigation by the United States to per.,it resumption of spent fuel shipping.
