This lo ter serves as documentation of the implementation of soveral Waterford 3 t
-items as ' requested verbally by NRR. The dates of implementation of the technical l
specification amendments listed below are the dates that tire controlled document transmittal was issued. Incorporation into any controlled copy of the Technical Specifications would occur shortly thereafter.

? As indt;ated in W3F1-91-0295, issued May 14, 1991, a portable air
, compressor was tested for capacity and operability on April 4,1991.
Preventative maintenance tasks for the air compressor wer9 later
_ established by July 1,-1991, in accordance with the letter.
- Revision G, Change 2 6f the Waterford 3 Inservice Testing (IST) Plan-was implemented following the NRC's March 1,1991 SER.
Implementation does not presently include chan;res in Operations
- - Procedure OP-903-033. The impact of the latest IST change on' this procedure is still under evaluation.
