Thank you for responding to our request for clarification of charges.

As identified in the Reference letter LLNL costed $48,700 wherein the deliverable was the initial draft of the SBWR ITAACS (system inspection, tests, analyses, and acceptance criteria), it was a surprise to g us that NRC contracted with any subcontractor to develop the SBWR ITAACS. j We would like to receive a copy of the draft of the SBWR ITAACS developed by LLNL, a contact with the NRC program administrator for Job Code Number (JCN) L-1867, Task 12, TAC M84207, and an opportunity to evaluate the product of this expenditure before remitting that portion of the bill.

l The remainder of the bill, $59,900.00 - $48,700.00 = 11,200.00 appears to be correctly billed and will be remitted.
