Enclosed with this letter is the fourth revision of the Cooper Nuclear Station's Second Interval Inservice Inspection (ISI) program. This program has been revised in accordance with the commitments stated in the referenced documents. The revised program includes additional components (including Reactor Equipment Cooling and Senice Water systems), containment penetrations, and relief requests. Existing reliefrequests l'av: ' on reformatted and repaginated.
Corrections have been made in certain cases to reficct chai the system boundaries, components, component classifications, or to provide clarifiunon. The enclosed package also contains relief requests that were previously submitted for NRC review and approval per References 6 and 7.
The enclosed information concludes the corrective act ons committed to in References 1 through i
5 for the second ten-year interval. Since the additional relief requests are being reviewed separately, no action is required regarding this submittal. If you have any questions regarding this submittal, please call.
