1995 Vermont Yankee Emergency Exercise Scenario Enclosed please find a copy of the 1995 Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station Emergency Response Exercise Manual. This exercise scenario package includes all infonnation peninent to performance of the 1995 full-participation biennial exercise scheduled for Wednesday, September 13,1995.
Two copies of the enclosum am being provided directly to Mr. Richard R. Keimig of the USNRC Region I Staff. Copies of the enclosure are not being provided to the hTC Resident Inspector at Vermont Yankee, as we understand it is NRC's intent to allow the Resident Inspector the opportunity to participate in the exemise.
The success of the exercise is highly dependent on the confidentiality of our exercise scenario.
Therefore, we are requesting that the enclosure to this letter be treated on a "need-to-know" basis and be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10CFR 2.790, until the exercise has been completed.
