In Reference (1), the Commonwealth Edison Company (Comed) provided the United States Nuclear Regulatoy Commission (NRC) Staff with copics of WCAP-14046, "Braidwood Unit 1 Technical Support for Cycle 5 Steam Generator Interim Plugging Criteria." Revision 3 (Proprietary) and WCAP-14047, "Braidwood Unit i Technical Suppon for Cycle 5 Steam Generator Interim Plugging Criteria," Revision 3 (Non-Proprietary). These WCAPs were prepared to compile all information previously provided in WCAPs -14046 and -14047 Revisions I and 2 into one revision for each docu ment. No new technical information was provided. These revisions were provided to ease in the retrievability of information previously submitted.

i USNRC Document Control Desk July 12.1995 Subsequent to the issuance of WCAPs -14046 and -14047 Revision 3, the Westinghouse Electric Corporation identified a typographical error on Page 4-139.
The partial text of the title for Figure 4-61 incorrectly reads " TSP F(7H)". The correct text should read " TSP F(5H)". Enclosures (1) and (2) are the Errata Sheets for WCAPs -14046 and -14047, Revision 3, respectively, Comed and the Westinghouse Electric Corporation apologize for any inconvenience that this error may have caused.
