'Ihis conatitutco a violation of Section 3.6.C.2 of Technical Specificationn which requires t.he conitor to be operable during pover operation. The reactor van at approxinately 62% power at tho tine of thin occurrence at which povar icvel it vna operated until Deccabor 27. Total Reactor Ceolant Systm 1cakage was ascertained daily during this period and van always lean than 2.5 gpa.
