GEORGIA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY'S CLARIFICATION OF RESPONSE 'ID CODMISSION'SORDER ISSUING HOUSEKEEPING STAY Georgia Institute of Technology
(" Georgia Tech") files this Clarification of its Response to the Commission's Order Issuing Housekeeping Stay filed on June 21, 1995 and responds specifically to those issues raised in the Staff's Reply dated June 27, 1995.
Georgia Tech indicated in its response that its administration has agreed to remove the nuclear fuel in its research facility before the Olympics.
The removed fuel will be moved to an off-site location.
After the Olympics, the fuel will replaced with LEU.
