The referenced letter submitted Philadelphia Electric Company's (PECo) Technical Specification Change Request 89-10 " Station Qualified Reviewer Program".
This letter submits a revision to that TSCR.
The revision was found to be necessary_ based on discussions between the NRC Staff and PECo.
