Dear Mr. Davis:
The steam generator addy current surveillance BwVS 4.5.0-1 was completed on November 11,1991. Braidwood Technical Specification 4.4.5.5.a states that a Special Report of steam generator inservice inspection (ISI) results be prepared and submitted to the Commission, pursuant to specification 6.9.2 within 15 days following completion of examinations. Accordingly, Attachment A arovides a summary of the - num ber of tubes plugged in each steam generator basec on the ISI results. Attachment B is a summary of tubes plugged to date. This information is being provided in accordance with theTechnical Specification requirements. Please direct any questions regarding this submittal to this office.
