Quad Cities Power Station Units 1 and 2; NRC Docket Number 50-254 and 50-265; NRC Inspection Repon Numbers 50-254(265)/94020

REFERENCE:

E.S. Kraft letter to Director, Office of Enforcement, dated December 29,1994, Transmitting the Station's response to the Notice of Violation Enclosed is a revision to Commonwealth Edison's (Comed's) ree; case to the Notice of Violation transmitted in the referenced letter. The Station is revising the date contained in the response to violation I concerning the llPCI Room Cooler Thermometer setpoints.

The original response stated:

A setpoint change will be processed to establish the IIPCI Room Cooler thermostat setpoint at 100 F. This setpoint change will also update the instrument database for the thermostat.

It is expected that completion of the setpoint change, along with the implementation of the new setpoint, will be completed by February 28,1995.

The setpoint evaluation is complete, however the station is revising the above date to 09/30/95 to allow for the setpoint changes to be implemented during available system windows.
