GENERIC LETTER 94 BWR THERMAL HYDRAULIC INSTABILITIES HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION l
FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-57 DOCKET NO. 50-354 In our response to Generic Letter 94-02 (NLR-N94140 dated September 9, 1994), Public Service Electric and Gas Company committed to modify its procedures and operator training, where necessary, such they would be consistent with, or more conservative than, the BWROG guidelines contained in the letter from L. A.
England to M. J. Virgilio dated June 6, 1994.
Reporting Requirement 2 of the generic letter requires that, within 30 days of completion of an action, licensees inform the NRC, in writing and under oath and affirmation, of actions taken and verify its completion or implementation.
Pursuant to the Reporting Requirement 2, this letter provides notification that:
(1) we have completed the Operations Department procedure and training changes and conducted the associated training and (2) have completed the Reactor Engineering Department procedure changes.
