DOCKET NUMBER 50-483 CALLAWAY PLANT RADIOIDGICAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN. REV.19 Enclosed is one copy of Revision 19 of the Callaway Plant Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP). This document will be implemented July 5,1995, in accordance with Callaway Plant procedures and 10CFR50.54(q).
In addition to minor editing, this revision includes the following changes: provisions were made to call out the "mergency Operations Facility Organization at the Alert classification; ch-
/ere made to reflect remodeling the Technical Support Center and combining tnt. sperations Support and Technical Support Emergency Response Organizations; the Public Information Emergency Organization was merged with the Emergency Operations Facility Organization; changes were made to reflect relocation of the Joint Public Information Center and Back-up Emergency Operations Facility from Union Electric's Region West Building to the State of Missouri's Emergency Operations Center; and the Letters of Agreement were reviewed and updated as needed.
Revision 19 of the RERP does not decrease the effectiveness of emergency preparedness at the Callaway Plant. The plan will continue to meet the

standards of 10CFR50.47(b) and the requirements of 10CFR50.54(q).
