NYPA Letter, R.E. Beedle to the NRC, dated June 5,1992 OPN 028) concerning proposed changes to the Technical Specifications regarding power uprate UPTS-91-025)
Dear Sir:
In the referenced letter, the New York Power Authority submitted proposed changes to the James A. FitzPatrick Technical Specifications regarding an increase in maximum power level of approximately 4.1 percent. Plant modifications, setpoint change calculations, procedure changes, and similar tasks necessary to support implementation of the increased maximurn power level will be completed during the refueling outage currently planned to begin on October 15,1996.
The Authority requests that the NRC issue the Technical Specification Amendment for power uprate on approximately October 1,1996 to be effective upon plant startup following the refueling outage.
