REFERENCE:
G. Benes letter to USNRC, dated June 26,1995.
The Reference letter requested NRC review for Commonwealth Edison (Comed) licensing topical report (LTR) NFSR '0111, Rev. O, "BWR Transient Analysis Methods". On page 2 to the LTR is a " Release ofInformation Statement", that implies that the document is proprietary. This " Release ofInformation Statement" should not have been included in the LTR, since there is no proprietary information contained within the LTR. In summary, the licensing topical report (LTR) NFSR-0111, Rev. O, BWR Transient Analysis Methods" is nonproprietary and does not need to be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790.
