Report for the Third and Fourth Quarters,1994. At that time, Vermont Yankee committed to submit the annual dose summary to man for 1994 in a supplemental report pursuant to Technical l
S mification 6.7.C.I.b. 'Iherefore, in accordance with this specification and 10CFR50.36a(a)(2),

This supplemental report contains the 1994 radiologicalimpact on man information, as well as I
all of the effluent and waste disposal totals for the third and fourth quarters of 1994 as previously submitted in Reference (b).
Please note that, as a result of issuance of Arv h#nt 144 to our Facility Operating License
[ Reference (a),' as amended by Reference (c)], and in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR50.36a(a)(2), Vermont Yankee will begin submitting the Effluent and Waste Disposal Report on an annual basis mther than on a semiannual basis, beginning with calendar year 1995.
