Dear Mr. Martin,
In accordance with an October 17, 1991 conversation between Mr. Lee H.
Bettenhausen, of your office, and Richard G. Andrews, Operations Training Supervisor, Peach Bottoe APS, this letter is to inform you that several
~ Reactor Operators and Senior.-Reactor Operators licensed on Peach Bottom Atomic i-
. Power Station's Units 2 and 3 will exceed the normally accepted (6 weeks)
" grace period" for. administration of.their annual operating examinations {10 CFR55.59(a)(2)).
The-Peach Bottom APS Licensed Operator Requalification (LOR) examination cycle extends over a 13 week period (early January to late March) with each of six operating crews receiving a two week assignment:for. training-(Week 1)'
followed.iinnediately by-examination (Week 2).._ As a result,. license holders who were examined early in the 1991 Exam cycle have rotated late into the 1992 Exam cycle'due to their normal crew assignments. These individuals are listed

on Attachment I with their Docket numbers and pertinent 199l and 1992' examination data.
