Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1 (TMI-1)
Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Status of TMI-l Technical Specification Change Requests (TSCR)
Attached is a table which provides updated status of TSCRs for TMI-l which have not yet been approved by the NRC and were not withdrawn by our letter dated February 9, 1983 (5211-83-037). This table should facilitate a mutual understanding of the status of each pending TSCR.
It is requested that the priority for NRC review and approval be given first to process the TSCR needed for restart (TSCR 125) and then to those designated as "as soon as possible" (TSCR's 116, 126, and 134).
Also, please note that this letter modifies (withdraws) a portion of TSCR 126.
Finally, you will note that tl.c table contains a column indicating our requested implementation timer.
In order to assure an orderly implementation we request that you notify us by telephone of any amendment that is issued with an implementation dif ferent than requested. We believe that this will prevent any inadvertent non-compliances and preclude any misunderstandings.
