Commitment For the SBLC system, terminations on terminal blocks in the main control room and local panels shall be reviewed. In those cases for those terminal

-blocks where electrical feeds are from different divisions, those terminations shall be separated (either on the same or-different terminal blocks) by at least six inches and uniquely identified by division per FSAR commitments.

This shall be accomplished before initial critical on Unit 2, and prior to startup following the first refueling outage on Unit 1.

Commitment Commonwealth Edison shall review the " Trip Report Concerning Cable Separation Concerns at LaSalle, Unit 2 (TIA 83-76)." Commonwealth Edison shall address sections 4.1,4.2, 4.3, and 4.5 of that report to assure that independence of RPS channelization is not compromised by external bridging curcuits.

This shall be accomplished and corrective actions shall be implemented prior to the startup following the respective first refueling outage for Units 1 and 2.

It is understood that for Item 4.5, addition of zipper tubing to divisional cabling not c' urrently protected for the seven ADS and .two Low Low Set valves with service from two different divisions will be acceptable, even if the tubing is "touching." It is further understood that in those cases whre all three cable feeds to the remaining SRV valves are the same division, pgt protection is required.
