Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and 19 copies of an Amendment to Philadelphia Electric Company's May 3, 1983 Applica-tion for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56. The May 3, 1983 Application requested changes to the Peach Bottom Units 2 &
3 Technical Specifications related to leakage criteria for the coolant pressure boundary piping. The enclosed Amendment revises the Application to reflect discussions with the NRC Staff and committrents made by Licensee, since the original filing of the Application.
