Response
Corrective Action Taken and Results Achieved 1.
Due to a oversight EOF-6, Rev. 2 was not distributed to persons receiving copies of all EOF procedures.
EOF-6, Rev. 2 was distributed to individual users on February 23, 1983 and to those holding complete sets on October 17, 1983.
2.
During the distribution of EOF-15, Rev. O, Rev. 1 was being prepared.
As such it was decided to distribute the Rev. O to only those people with EOF access keys.
Distribution to those without keys and who were not in immediate need of this procedure was delayed until completion of Rev. 1.
EOF-15, Rev.
