November 4,1991 The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) audited Licensed Operator Requalification Training (LORT) annual examination, conducted during the week of October 21,1991, was the first such examination of operators at New Hampshire Yankee (NHY), using Alternative B of the Examiners Standard, NUREG 1021, Rev. 6.
Eight ope.ators, consisting of one operating crew and one staff crew, were examined.
The Annual Requalification Examination consist of three parts: Job Performance Measures (J PMs), Simulator Demonstrative Examinations, and a Written Examination. The written examination is a two section examination consisting of Section A: Static Simulator and Section B: Limits and Controls.
All eight operators completed all sections of the examination. The results of each section of the examination are provided below.

Fail Simulator Demonstrative 8/0 2/0 Examinations Pass / Fail Written Examinations 8/0 SUMM ARY-Two procedures that were used during the performance of the Job Performance Measures were determined to require enhancement. These procedures are being evaluated by Reactor Engineering. It is anticipated that the procedures will be revised by February 28, 1992.
