DOCKET NO. 50-259 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR SECOND INTERIM REPORT ON VIBRATIONS IN TORUS AND TORUS-RING HEADER Please refer to my letters dated November 28, 1973, enclosing abnormal occurrence report BFAO-7343W, and December 17, 1973, enclosing an interim report on the vibrations in the torus and torus-ring header.
Enclosed is a second interim report which documents the chronology of the problem; summarizes the. testing and test results to date; and describes our plans for relief valve tailpipe modification, interim inservice inspection, and planned contirmatory testing. A final report will be submitted upon completion of the unit i relief valve tailpipe modifications and subsequent confirmatory testing.
