The Southern Nuclear Operating Company (Southern Nuclear) Board of Directors has named James H. Miller, III as Senior Vice President and Corporate Counsel, effective June 12,1995. With that change, the Administrative and Technical Services Organizations will report to Mr. Miller. He also continues to be responsible for Southern Nuclear's governmental relations and legal afTairs. Mr. Miller was named Vice President and Corporate Counsel of Southern Nuclear on May 1,1994.
