Gentlemen:
i On May 30,1995, Entergy Operations, Inc. (EOI) submitted the referenced letters to the Document Control Desk. Each letter included an amtmation as required by 10CFR50.30(b).
During a recent review of the letters, EOI personnel discovered that the associated amtmations contain incorrect descriptive information of the submittals. To correct this situation, EOI, by this letter, is transmitting corrected signed amrmations.
