Gentlemen:
At the prehearing conference on October 17, 1983, in con-nection with TMIA's discussion of fracture mechanics, I informed the Board--incorrectly--that TDR-388 and TDR-417 were available in the Public Document Room. (Tr. 30)
Upon my return to Washington, i
I learned that while these two TDR's had been hand-delivered to l
the NRC on September 15, 1983, the NRC Staff had not yet provided i~
these documents to the Public Document Room.
Licensee has requested the Staff to do so as promptly as possible.
