Waterford SES Unit No. 3 Docket No. 50-382 Significant Construction Deficiency No. 70 "GE 480-V Trip Coils Do Not Drop Out After Tripping" Fifth Interim Report l

The above referenced letter indicated that a Final Report would be submitted l

to the USNRC by October 11, 1983.

At the present time, only 2 of 86 breakers remain to have the design change installed, and verification of supporting documentation is in progress. The corrective action is expected to be completed in November 1983.

l A Final Report will therefore be submitted to the USNRC on December 21, 1983.
