Dear Mr. Konklin:
The subject Preoperational Test is being initiated on or about November 1, 1983. A previous letter, dated September 28, 1982, was sent to your office on the same subject, but due to outstaneling work affecting the system, no testing was done.
By copy of this letter, a copy of the test procedure PRET.T4600.001, Rev. 1, is being transmitted to the Chief of Test Programs Section.
A copy of this procedure has also been provided to Mr. Paul Byron, NRC Resident Inspector.
